At Goose & Gander, we want you to love your new gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form or packing slip is included inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
